Brian P. Henry presenting at 2010 Young Lawyers Annual Summit

TROY, MI--Attorney Brian P. Henry, Senior Manager for Community Services and Business Development at Orlans Associates, will present at the 2010 Young Lawyers Section Annual Summit, June 4-6, 2010 at the Grand Traverse Resort in Acme, Michigan. Representing the State Bar of Michigan Real Property Section, Henry's topic is "Loan Modifications and other Loss Mitigation Tools for Residential Mortgage Loans."
With over 28 years of expertise in real estate law, business law and commercial litigation, Henry works with homeowners, lenders, nonprofit organizations and legislators to develop and improve programs and processes for loan modifications, early redemptions, short sales and other loss mitigation tools.
