Cooley Law School expands Lansing library
LANSING (AP) -- The Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing says it has opened the first phase of a $6 million expansion of its library.
The new facility includes a study hall and student lounge. Cooley says the completed expansion will fill what was the Lansing Town Center building.
The addition is called the Center for Research and Study and is connected to the existing Thomas Brennan Law Library next door.
Cooley said that Phase 2 will involve space for more books and additional student seating, as well as two classrooms and a number of private study rooms.
