Niehoff elected to NACUA board
Butzel Long attorney and shareholder Len Niehoff has been elected to the Board of Directors of the National Association of College and University Attorneys (NACUA).
NACUA is the nation's leading organization of attorneys who regularly represent colleges and universities.
NACUA's membership includes more than 3,600 attorneys representing more than 1,600 higher education campuses.
Niehoff also serves on the planning committee for NACUA's next annual conference.
In addition, Niehoff has published his fifth article in the current edition of Litigation, the journal of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association. Niehoff's article is titled, "Soft Core Perjury."
Based in the firm's Ann Arbor office, Niehoff serves as Chair of Butzel Long's Higher Education Law Practice Group and Appellate Practice.
