Catholic Charities announces 'golf ball drop' winners

Catholic Charities of Jackson, Lenawee and Hillsdale Counties thanks everyone who purchased tickets for the 7th Annual Golf Ball Drop.
Our winners this year, in order from first to third place, were ball numbers 291, 528 and 427.
"We would also like to thank Lakeland Hills Golf Club for letting us drop the balls from the helicopter onto their golf course.
"A very special thank you to Larry Schramm for once again donating his time and helicopter for this event," a spokesperson said. "Lastly, thank you to everyone who was generous enough to donate prizes for this event, in particular Tom Bergeon for the Hot Air Balloon Ride, Calderone Golf Club for the golf package, and the following restaurants for donating gift cards for our restaurant package: Bone Island Grill , The Clinton Inn, Country House Restaurant, Evans Street Station, Giglios, Hathaway House, The Hunt Club, JR's Hometown Grill and Pub, Knight's Steakhouse, Randy's BBQ, and Rocky Top Beer-BBQ.
