News (AP) - Cooley announces change for Auburn Hills and Ann Arbor deans

Cooley Law School Professor Lauren Rousseau has been named an assistant dean at the school's Auburn Hills campus, while Professor and Assistant Dean Martha Moore has moved from the Auburn Hills campus to the Ann Arbor campus. Both changes took effect Sept. 1. Rousseau joined the Cooley faculty in January 2004. She teaches Civil Procedure I and II and a general externship class at Cooley. Before joining the law school she was vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary for Plastech Engineered Products Inc. of Dearborn. Her career has also included five years as a senior litigation attorney in the Office of General Counsel for Ford Motor Company and five years as an associate attorney at the Detroit law firm Dykema Gossett. Moore joined Cooley in 2004. Before joining the law school faculty, Moore was a partner and shareholder in the firm of Moore & Pozehl PC in Southfield where she concentrated her practice in the areas of legal ethics. Her career has also included time as ethics prosecutor for the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, private practice, and as an assistant district attorney in Durham County, N.C.
