Chief judge to provide 'State of Bankruptcy Court' at FBA lunch
The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan, Bankruptcy Section will present the Annual State of the Court Address luncheon on Wednesday, Oct. 20, beginning at 11:30 a.m. at the Atheneum International Banquet Center in Greektown, 1000 Brush Avenue, 8th Floor.
Bankruptcy Section chairpersons Leslie Berg, David Lerner, are Michael Hammer are pleased to welcome U.S Bankruptcy Court Chief Judge Phillip J. Shefferly, Eastern District of Michigan, who will give the address.
Cost is $40 for FBA members and $45 for non-members. Reservation deadline is Wednesday, Oct. 13. After the deadline, cost is $45 for FBA members and $50 for non-members.
