The Federal Bar Association, Eastern District of Michigan Chapter, will conduct its annual Rakow Awards/Historical Society Luncheon on Thursday, Nov. 18, at 11:30 a.m. at the Westin Book Cadillac Hotel.
The program will feature Ross Parker, author of the book "Carving Out the Rule of Law: The History of the United States Attorney's Office in Eastern Michigan 1815-2008."
In addition, the Federal Bar Foundation awards an annual scholarship to a student from each accredited Michigan law school who demonstrates outstanding scholarly achievement in either securities law, corporations or business law, as determined by the Dean of the law school.
