Criminal Law Column comes to the Ingham County Legal News --Mens Rea column starting November 11th

Watch for our new criminal law column, Mens Rea, written by Mike Nichols, criminal law attorney, practicing in the Lansing area and around the state. The first column will appear on November 11th and will be published on the second Thursday of each month. We are pleased that Nichols has agreed to add his expertise to our paper.
Nichols is the Chair of the Ingham County Bar Association Criminal Law Section, a member of the Ingham County Bar Association's Board of Directors and a member of the Ingham County Bench-Bar committee. He is a member of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan; the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; the National College of Drunk Driving Defense; the State Bar of Michigan Criminal Law Section; the State Bar of Michigan Business Law Section; State Bar of Michigan Family Law Section, on which he serves on the Legislative Committee the American Inns of Court, Michigan State University College of Law Chapter and; the Ingham County Bar Association.
Nichols is the author of the Michigan OWI Handbook, published by Thomsen West. The 2010 update, which includes "important new information for lawyers, including changes to the law and on new advancements in our attacks on the lack of good science in the Michigan State Police testing" is now on sale.
