Judge to be honored at Care House fund-raiser

Care House will host its 14th annual "Christmas for Kids" fund-raiser on Monday, Dec. 6, at Mac & Ray's Banquet Center in Harrison Township. Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Peter J. Maceroni will be honored at the event for his years of distinguished service to Care House and the community.
Macomb County's finest restaurants and several major wine, beer and spirit distributors are donating their services. There will be raffle packages and a live auction. This year's fantasy packages include a destination trip to Naples, Florida, dinner for ten in the winner's home prepared by Dean Olgiati of Luigi's on Jefferson and Chef Jeff Baldwin of J. Baldwin's Restaurant, an Apple iPad, fine dining certificates, golf and spa packages, jewelry, Walt Disney World tickets, sporting event tickets, electronics, and more.
Doors for the fun-draiser open at 5 p.m. and tickets are $75 per person. Sponsorship opportunities are also available. Contact Care House at (586) 463-0123 for additional information.
