Senators Carl Levin and Debbie Stabenow, both D-Mich., announced this week that the Advisory Committee to consider nominees for two open seats on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan will reconvene to evaluate candidates.
Procedures for the review will be established by the committee, which will provide the senators with their assessments of the candidates' qualifications. The committee will again be chaired by Eugene Driker.
