Center's Valentine's Ball to feature 'Dancing With The Judges,' Feb. 11
The Oakland Mediation Center (OMC) announces that it will present an entertaining evening of ballroom dancing featuring some federal and Oakland County judges along with professional dancers at the Marriott Centerpoint on Friday, Feb. 11.
The Valentine's Ball featuring "Dancing With The Judges" is a semi-formal evening of dinner and dancing. Federal and Oakland County Circuit and District Court judges will perform a ballroom dance chosen by their professional dance instructors. At the end of the performances celebrity commentators such as Karen Drew, Local 4 anchor, and Judy Susskind, professional dancer/attorney, among others will provide critique of each routine. Master of Ceremonies for the evening will be Oakland County Executive, L. Brooks Patterson.
Proceeds will benefit OMC's Youth Programs. OMC's Youth Programs are proven remedies to bullying, violence, and school drop-out.
