Warren man charged with selling fake Kid Rock tix

DETROIT (AP) -- A 26-year-old suburban Detroit man accused of selling fake tickets on Craigslist to Kid Rock's 40th birthday concert bash has been charged.

The Macomb Daily of Mount Clemens and Detroit Free Press say Justin Gnesotto of Warren was released on $500 bond after being arraigned Wednesday in Ferndale District Court on one count of false pretenses more than $200 but less than $1,000. Police didn't know if Gnesotto had a lawyer.

The Macomb Daily says Gnesotto was turned in by one his customers.

More than 45,000 tickets sold out in 19 minutes for Kid Rock's "Guess I'm Frickin' 40" concert held Saturday at Ford Field in downtown Detroit. The Michigan native whose real name is Robert Ritchie has railed against profiteering ticket brokers.

A Jan. 27 pretrial conference is scheduled.
