OCBA Employment Law Committee hosts seminar, March 3

The Oakland County Bar Association's (OCBA) Employment Law Committee will present "What to Do When the Department of Labor Comes Knocking!" on Thursday, March 3, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Seminar topics will include "New Developments in Wage and Hour Laws" and "How to Handle a Department of Labor Investigation." Seminar speakers will be David M. Cessante of Clark Hill PLC and Stanley C. Moore III of Plunkett Cooney.
The cost to attend for those who pre-register is $45 for OCBA members, $32 for OCBA new lawyers, and $60 for all non-OCBA members. For those registering at the door, the cost is $60 for OCBA members, $42 for OCBA new lawyers, and $78 for non-OCBA members.
