'Brief Writing' presented by OCBA committee

The Oakland County Bar Association's (OCBA) Municipal Law Committee will present "Brief Writing" on Wednesday, March 23, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
This seminar presents strategic and practical tips on effective brief writing for trial and appellate courts.
Seminar topics will include:
* Brief Drafting for Summary Disposition Motions.
* Brief Drafting for Appellate Proceedings.
* Question and Answer session.
The cost to attend for those who pre-register is $60 for OCBA members, $40 for OCBA new lawyers, and $80 for all non-OCBA members. For those registering at the door, the cost is $80 for OCBA members, $50 for OCBA new lawyers, and $105 for non-OCBA members.
