Stress reduction and management focus of Feb. 24 program
Learn how stress affects health. Contessa Williams from the Oakland County Health Division will discuss effective coping strategies and creative ways to reduce stress on Thursday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m. at the Rochester Hills Public Library. Williams will explore stress management techniques such as deep breathing, muscle relaxation and imagery.
