The Thomas M. Cooley Law School launched a Florida expansion of its Service to Soldiers: Legal Assistance Referral Program on Feb. 17 with a "Basic Training" session that covered some of the basics of representing military clients, including estate planning, family law, the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA), and the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-employment Rights Act (USERRA).
