Attorney conducting condominium operations seminar in Traverse City
Meisner & Associates PC is pleased to announce that Robert M. Meisner will be conducting a seminar for Northwestern Michigan College on Saturday, May 7, 2011 from 9 to noon covering the legal essentials of condominium and community association management.
Get up-to-date information about potential liability issues and how to avoid problems before they arise, successful enforcement of association bylaws, handling violations of restrictions, fiduciary duties, collection of delinquent accounts, reserve accounts management, and dealing with and avoiding problems with the developer.
Attendees will also get tips on running successful board and membership meetings. This half-day information packed seminar is designed for board members and officers, managers, developers, and association members living in or working with a condo, cooperative, or community association.
