Labor issues examined
The Oakland County Bar Association (OCBA) Employment Law Committee presented "What to Do When the Department of Labor Comes Knocking" on Thursday, March 3, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
Among those taking part in the seminar were (left to right) speakers Dave Cessante of Clark Hill PLC and Stan Moore of Plunkett Cooney, along with Gary Francis of Plunkett Cooney.
According to Francis, the seminar focused on the most recent developments in wage and hour law changes, cases, legislation and how to walk through a department of labor investigation.
