On Monday, March 14, NALS of Detroit conducted a CLE After Hours Meeting at the offices of Barris, Sott, Denn, & Driker PLLC in Detroit.
Attorney Jeffrey M. Stefan II (seated, center) of Barris Sott spoke on "Real Estate Tax Appeals: Primer."

"I'm going to give a general overview of how assessed and taxable values are determined and how to appeal your taxes if you feel your assessment is too high or otherwise incorrect," noted Stefan.
