Association to discuss 'Intelligent Review Technology'

The Association of Litigation Support Professionals, Eastern Michigan Chapter, will conduct an in-depth presentation by Megan L. Pizor, legal consultant for Kroll Ontrack Inc., who will discuss the utilization of "Intelligent Review Technology" on Tuesday, April 19, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Kelly Services Inc., 999 W. Big Beaver Road in Troy. Legal teams today are faced with increasingly complex issues in the field of e-discovery, ranging from coordinating global data collections to understanding the impact of social media and cloud computing on a client's discovery requirements. As e-discovery grows increasingly complex, the costs associated with collection and review of ESI also continue to grow. Fortunately, cutting-edge technologies are helping to keep the costs of storage, location, and review of data more affordable and manageable.
