Program to explore 'Case Evaluation/Facilitation'

The Circuit Court Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association will present a "Case Evaluation/Facilitation Nuts and Bolts" workshop on Monday, April 25, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills.
This seminar will focus on the dos and don'ts of preparing case evaluation/facilitation briefs and will give tips on how to present the best argument during the hearing to obtain the best possible outcome for a client.
The panelists will discuss personal injury and commercial cases from both the plaintiff and defense views. The panel includes Ronald F. Graham of Condit, McGarry, Schloff, and Graham; Jennifer C. Hill of Booth Patterson PC; and Ven Johnson of Fieger, Fieger, Kenney, Johnson, and Giroux PC.
Cost for those who pre-register is $60 for OCBA members, $42 for OCBA new lawyers, and $80 for all non-members. Cost at the door is $80 for OCBA members, $56 for OCBA new lawyers, and $105 for all non-members. For additional information or to register, visit www.ocba.org.
