Firm explores latest labor, employment laws

The Bloomfield Hills attorneys of Ogletree Deakins presented an educational briefing on the latest labor and employment law topics impacting Michigan on Thursday, April 7, at the Marriott Troy.
Among those taking part in the program were Ogletree Deakins' (left to right) Bill Rutchow, Martin Brook, Michelle LeBeau, Gillian Yee, Eric Mahler, Richard Hurford, Mike Little, Debra Colby, Rick Tuyn, Ruthie Goodboe, and Tom Cattel.
"Today is the first of two of our annual breakfast briefings for our office where we highlight key legal issues and bring best practices and risk management techniques to employers in the employment arena," said LeBeau.
"We'll be discussing some of the top, most highlighted, and new areas of the law over the past sixth months."
