Annual Meeting and Educational Conference hosted by NALS of Mich.
NALS of Michigan, the association for legal professionals, is holding its 50th Annual Meeting and Educational Conference on Friday and Saturday, April 29-30, at the Crystal Mountain Resort in Thompsonville.
The event offers an opportunity for continuing legal education according to a spokesperson.
Trainings will include:
-- "Leadership Training: Ethics," with Joshua Sheffer of Sheffer Law PLLC.
-- "Marijuana: It's Not Just for Brownies Anymore," with a panel discussion including Stuart Dunnings, III, an Ingham County prosecutor; Russell Soyring, Traverse City planning director; Celeste Clarkson, manager of the Compliance section of the Michigan Department of Community Health/Medical Marijuana Registry; Daniel Grow, Targowski and Grow PLLC; Lt. Kip Belcher, Michigan State Police Narcotics Team; and David Allen Croker, M.D., Michigan Holistic Health.
