Feskorn joins NDeX as senior vice president of foreclosure operations

Farmington Hills-based NDeX, a leading provider of technology and processing services for default servicing law firms nationwide, recently announced the appointment of Margaret S. Feskorn as its new senior vice president of Michigan foreclosure operations. NDeX President Scott Goldstein made the announcement. As senior vice president of foreclosure operations, Feskorn will work directly with NDeX Executive Vice President Richard Geary who is responsible for the management of all Michigan non-legal foreclosure staff and their processes. Prior to joining NDeX, Feskorn served as vice president and chief financial officer of Southfield-based Capital Mortgage Funding, where she was responsible for the oversight of all operations, accounting functions and coordination of annual external audits and tax returns. She also previously served as the senior vice president of operational risks and controls for Chicago-based LaSalle Bank Corporation, where she managed and acted as a liaison for the ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc. (AAMG) in this capacity. Feskorn received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wayne State University in 1982 and became a certified public accountant in 1983. She is a member of several groups and associations, including the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Mortgage Lenders Association.
