In-House Counsel Forum conducted
The Oakland County Bar Association conducted an In-House Counsel Forum at Delphi's World Headquarters in Troy on Tuesday, April 5.
Among the presenters were (left to right) Cooley Law School Assoc. Professor Alan Gershel, Delphi's Deputy General Counsel Litigation Joe Papelian, and Tom Cranmer of Miller, Canfield, Paddock, & Stone PLC. The three spoke on internal investigations.
The forum series is designed to the interests of in-house counsel in the corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors.
The series, which kicked off this spring, features hour-long morning programs on timely legal topics.
