Trial in courier's fatal shooting pushed to Nov.

DETROIT (AP) -- The nearly 10-year-old case of an armored truck courier killed outside a Dearborn bank has been further delayed in federal court.
Kevin Watson's May trial has been pushed to November. A recent court filing says there are some challenges to evidence, and Watson's lawyers might seek a plea deal depending on how a judge handles those issues.
Norman "Anthony" Stephens was shot outside Dearborn Federal Credit Union in 2001 before robbers fled with $204,000 in the middle of the night.
The U.S. attorney's office has dropped plans to seek the death penalty against Watson and co-defendant Norman Duncan. A jury last summer convicted co-defendant Timothy O'Reilly but declined to sentence him to death.
