Intelligent Review Technology explained

The Association of Legal Support Professionals, Eastern Chapter of Michigan, presented Megan L. Pizor (second from left) who discussed "Intelligent Review Technology" on Tuesday, April 19, at Kelly Services in Troy.

Pizor is a legal consultant for Kroll Ontrack where she advises law firms and corporate law departments on all facets of legal technology issues associated with electronic discovery and computer forensics.

"I'm going to talk about some of the solutions using the technologies that are available to help address some of these current (electronic discovery) concerns namely intelligent review technology, also known as predictive coding or predictive categorization, which is basically the automation of some of the human functions involved in document review," said Pizor.
