Seaver Title celebrates its 35th anniversary
Bloomfield Hills-based Seaver Title Agency (Seaver), a full-service title company providing comprehensive services in southeastern Michigan and an affiliate of Attorneys Title Agency (ATA), recently announced the 35th anniversary of the agency and the 40th anniversary of Philip R. Seaver's service in the title insurance industry. ATA President William Robinson made the announcement.
"Phil Seaver is one of the most respected title insurance professionals in southeast Michigan and he has dominated the commercial world for nearly four decades," said Robinson. "I'm proud to be in business with such a seasoned expert and I look forward to many more years of our successful partnership."
Phil Seaver graduated from Michigan State University in 1971 and earned his law degree from Wayne State University in 1975. Prior to founding Philip R. Seaver Title Company, he served as an escrow officer and office manager for Chicago Title Insurance Company, providing Phil with a foundation to start his own firm. In November 2009, Philip R. Seaver Title Company merged with ATA to become Seaver Title Agency.
"I have enjoyed every minute of my time in the title insurance industry," said Seaver. "With all of the legislative changes we have seen and the constant evolution of the economy, there has never been a dull moment. I feel privileged to have worked with such an outstanding group of professionals."
Ever the active participant in the industry, Seaver is sits on several committees and boards, including the Michigan Association of REALTORS® Legislative Committee, the Michigan Land Title Association Steering Committee and the Board of Directors for the Building Industry Association.
