Firm conducts Employment Law Conference

Clark Hill PLC hosted its 27th Annual Employment Law Conference on Tuesday, May 3, at the VisTaTech Center at Schoolcraft College in Livonia.
The program is designed for CEOs, in-house corporate counsel, human resource directors, and others involved in the increasingly complex field of labor and employment law.
Among those taking part in the program were Clark Hill's (left to right) Michael Nowlan, Dave Cessante, Dan Bretz, Stephanie Clifford, Tom Brady, Ann-Marie Welch, Ed Hammond, Ellen Hoeppner, Tom Hathaway, Tracy Leahy, Jeffrey Steele, William Moore, and Kristi Gauthier.
Approximately 200 attendees received updates on ADA, privacy rights, how to handle social media, health care, and more.
