Women's Commission hosts meeting tonight
The Women's Advisory Commission for Oakland County will host a public meeting on Thursday, May 19, 2011 in the Oakland County Board of Commissioners' Committee Room A, located at 1200 North Telegraph Road in Pontiac, Michigan beginning at 5:00 p.m.
At this meeting, the new 2011-2012 Women's Commission will be introduced. The objective of the twenty-seven member Women's Commission for Oakland County is to address various issues impacting the lives of women across the county.
Joscelyn Andrews of Jade Strategies will be facilitating the meeting as the advisory commission selects an issue for the term.
