Federal Bar Association plans Annual Dinner
The Eastern District of Michigan Chapter of the Federal Bar Association will host its 32nd Annual Dinner honoring the judicial officers of the Eastern District on Thursday, June 9. The event will take place at Ford Field, 2000 Brush Street in Detroit, beginning at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30.
The evening will also feature the presentation of the Fourth Annual Julian Abele Cook Jr.-Bernard A. Friedman FBA Civility Award along with after-dinner entertainment by A (Habeas) Chorus Line. Dinner proceeds will benefit the Federal Bar Foundation which provides scholarships to law students in Michigan's five law schools.
