The law firm of Nemeth Burwell PC hosted its Raising the Bar educational series addressing "Strategies for Dealing with the Problem Employee" on Wednesday, May 11, at the Troy Marriott.
Leading the program were Nemeth Burwell attorneys (left to right) Deborah Brouwer and Terry Bonnette.
"One of the things we do in our practice is a lot of counseling for our HR clients and we find that many of the same questions are presented over and over again about dealing with problem employees," Bonnette said.
"So what we've done today is to put together a group so that we can address some of those problem employee questions together."
