Leadership Oakland event to feature Bertolini and Patterson on June 8

Oakland County Executive L. Brooks Patterson and Deputy County Executive and CIO Phil Bertolini will be among the presenters at Leadership Oakland's Action Speaks! Community Outreach Conference 2011. The event will be conducted from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 8, at the Smith Theater on Oakland Community College's Orchard Ridge Campus in Farmington Hills.
The conference is designed to inform, inspire and motivate participants to get engaged and make a difference in their communities. The more than 15 speakers at the conference will cover issues such as local government, media influence, business and entrepreneurship, public education and health care services.
