Forum to explore new emergency manager act

Miller Canfield's next Before the Bell Breakfast Forum will be offered Thursday, June 16, from 7:15 to 8:30 a.m. at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham with a look at "Municipal Debt: Crisis or Business as Usual?" The program will explore myths and realities about Act 4, Michigan's new emergency manager act.
Area investment advisors, registered representatives, and trust officers are invited to attend the next Before the Bell Breakfast Forum. Miller Canfield lawyers Amanda Van Dusen, leader of the Public Law and Schools Practice Groups, and Jerry Rupley, principal and Bond/Underwriter's counsel, will lead the update.
