The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) conducted a Workers’ Compensation seminar recently at the Baronette Renaissance Hotel in Novi.  Among those speaking at the event were (left to right) Margaret O’Donnell with Charters, Heck, O'Donnell, Petrulis, & Tyler PC who spoke on SS Appeals Council Practice; Jeffrey Kirschner with Grant, Busch, & Kirschner; Joel Alpert, MAJ Workers Comp committee chair with Alpert & Alpert, who spoke on Debunking the Electrodiagnostic Functional Capacity Evaluation; Robert MacDonald of MacDonald, Fitzgerald, & MacDonald PC who spoke on State of the Law and How to Preserve Issues; John P. Charters of Charters, Heck, O'Donnell, Petrulis, & Tyler PC who spoke on Client Interview and Forms; Southfield attorney Richard Warsh,  MAJ past president, who spoke on Dealing With a Downsized Agency; and Southfield attorney Lisa Welton, MAJ Social Security Committee co-chair, who spoke on Chronic Pain and SS Law.
