McQuade's Perspective

U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade was the featured speaker at Wayne State University’s Arthur L. Johnson Urban Perspectives Lecture Series on Tuesday, April 10, at the WSU Law School Spencer M. Partrich Auditorium.  McQuade discussed how her office serves the 6.5 million people living in the eastern half of Michigan’s lower peninsula. As part of the U.S. Department of Justice, the office prosecutes criminal cases, brings civil actions, and defends the federal government in federal court.  The Arthur L. Johnson Urban Perspectives Lecture Series offers alumni and the public an opportunity to connect with the university while gaining new cultural insights. The series provides commentaries on politics, business, economics, law, and the arts.
