The Oakland County Bar Association’s New Lawyers Basic Skills Seminar Series “Introduction to Practice” continued on Thursday, Jan. 30, at the Oakland County?Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Providing insight into the topic of “Probate Court” were (l-r) Oakland County Probate Register Jill Koney Daly and Michael J. Hughes of Booth Patterson PC in Waterford. “Today’s seminar is a basic introduction to practice in the Probate Court where we guide you through the ins and outs of probate practice,” Hughes said. Among the topics discussed were guardianships and conservatorships, decedent estates, court appointed attorney and GAL process, and more.
