The Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar Association of Michigan—Eastern District of Michigan Chapter presented a State of the Bankruptcy Court Luncheon and Program on Wednesday, March 5, at the Atheneum in Greektown. U.S. Bankruptcy Court Chief Judge Phillip J.
