The Employment Law Committee of the Oakland County Bar Association presented an “Employment Law Year in Review” on Tuesday, June 24, at the Oakland County Bar Center in Bloomfield Hills. Speaking on the plaintiff perspective was Farmington Hills attorney David A. Kotzian (left) and speaking on the defense perspective was Jeffrey A. Steele of Clark Hill PLC. The seminar was a review and discussion of significant decisions in labor and employment law in the past year.
