Holiday Spirit

The Women’s Bar Association (WBA), Oakland County region of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan (WLAM), presented its 2014 Annual Holiday Party on Thursday, Dec. 11, at the Great Lakes Culinary Center in Southfield. Among those enjoying the event were (l-r) WBA Immediate Past President Melissa Graves, WBA President-Elect Channelle Kizy-White, WBA Vice President Kristen Pursley, WLAM Representative Samantha Orvis, WBA Treasurer Erin Klug, Tanya Lundberg, and WBA President Ryan Kelly. Guests could take part in a hands-on cooking experience alongside professional chefs or simply enjoy appetizers and drinks while shopping at the silent auction. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to Humble Design, a local non-profit organization that furnishes homes with donated good for families coming out of homeless and abuse shelters. For more information about Humble Design, visit www.humbledesign.org.
