Winter Tale

The Michigan Defense Trial Counsel (MDTC) conducted its Winter Meeting titled “Preparing for Battle: Litigation Strategies and Tools” on Friday, Nov. 7, at the Troy Marriott. The day-long event featured various presentations. MDTC President Mark Gilchrist (far left), of Smith, Haughey, Rice, & Roegge PC in Grand Rapids, was happy to welcome the panel speaking on “Caging Reptile Lawyers”?which included (l-r) Matt Moffett of Gray, Rust, St. Amand, Moffett, &?Brieske LLP in Atlanta; Ingham County Circuit Court Judge James Jamo; Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Shalina Kumar; Macomb County Circuit Court Judge Mark Switalksi; and Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Ed Ewell.
