Panel session scheduled for mediators, litigators

The ADR Committees of the Macomb, Oakland, Washtenaw and Genesee County Bar Associations have collaborated to present a program for mediators and litigators on Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Andiamo Trattoria in Clarkston.

The event is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m.; the restaurant is located at 7228 N. Main.

Mediators and litigators are invited to learn what litigators think are the best and worst practices of mediators from retention through the termination of the mediation process.

The program, sponsored by Varnum LLP and Richard Hurford Dispute Resolution Services, P.C., is without charge and there will be complimentary light appetizers and a cash bar.

Attendance will be limited to 60. To register, email Richard Hurford at richard@hurfordresolution.com.
