Joseph C. Huntzicker, from senior attorney to principal. Huntzicker practices in the areas of commercial real estate and secured lending. He received his J.D. (2000) from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.A. (1996) from the University of Michigan. He works in the firm’s Ann Arbor and Chicago offices and resides in Ann Arbor.
Detroit:
Michael C. Simoni, from senior attorney to principal. Simoni is a commercial litigator whose diverse practice includes large-scale business, class-action, and antitrust matters, and focuses in brand protection, trademark, copyright and patent litigation. He received his J.D. (2006) from Wayne State University Law School and his B.A. (2003) from the University of Michigan. He resides in Washington Township, Mich.
Colin M. Battersby, from associate to principal. Battersby focuses his practice on commercial litigation involving breach of contract, tort, product liability, legal and accounting malpractice and securities arbitration and litigation. He received his J.D. (2007) from Wayne State University Law School and his Bachelor of Economics (2004) from the University of Michigan. He resides in West Bloomfield, Mich.
Grand Rapids:
Amber J. Sturrus, from associate to principal. Sturrus’ practice focuses on financial institutions and transactions including the preparation and negotiation of commercial lending agreements. She received her J.D. (2007) from the University of Illinois Law School and her B.A. (2004) from Calvin College. She resides in Ada, Michigan.
Troy:
Alexander J. Clark, from senior attorney to principal. Clark concentrates his practice in corporate real estate law specializing in commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, construction, and development. He received his J.D. (2006) from Case Western Reserve University and his B.S. (2003) from the University of Notre Dame. He resides in Berkley, Mich.
