DETROIT (AP) — The chief judge of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, in Detroit is scheduled to speak at Wayne State University’s commencement ceremonies.
The Detroit school says Judge Gerald Rosen will address students May 7 at Ford Field, home of the Detroit Lions.
Dr. Anthony Fauci also will speak. He’s the director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.
Both will receive honorary doctor of laws degrees.
More than 3,800 students will graduate during two ceremonies that day.
