The Michigan Association for Justice (MAJ) recently presented its Annual Workers Compensation/Social Security Disability Seminar “Unbroken: The System Is Broken but not Our Resolve” at the Westin Hotel in Southfield. Among those speaking at the seminar were (left to right) University of Wyoming College of Law Prof. Michael Duff; MAJ Treasurer Robert MacDonald of MacDonald & MacDonald; Themis Fotieo of Reamon Fotieo House PC; Fred Bleakley of Bleakley Law Offices; Clinton Township attorney Granner Ries; William Watkinson of Bernstein & Bernstein PC; and Barry Adler of Adler Stilman PLLC. “We’ve got some great speakers coming from throughout the state and across the U.S. here today to share their ideas about how they’re navigating through the practice,” MacDonald noted. Attendees heard new ideas about how to win cases and survive in a very tough political climate.
