The Michigan Association for Justice recently hosted a “Litigation Technology in Practice and in the Courtroom Seminar”?at the Westin Southfield. Among those taking part in the program were (left to right) New York attorney Gerry Oginski who spoke on “Getting New Clients:?Secrets of Attorney Online Video Marketing,” Jennifer Grieco of Neuman Anderson PC, seminar co-moderator Rob Buchanan of Buchanan & Buchanan PLC who spoke on “Using Video in Personal Injury Litigation” and Robyn Wishart of Wishart Brain and Spine Law in Vancouver who spoke on “Technology Is Changing Juror Access to Information.” Buchanan noted that the event was aimed at “showing litigators who do personal injury litigation how to use technology to enhance their presentations and their storytelling.”
