BALDWIN (AP) — Officials plan to auction 114 state-managed public properties next month in western Michigan that are considered surplus land.
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources says the auction is Aug. 19 in Baldwin.
The properties in Lake County range in size from under an acre to 40 acres. They’re located within 15 miles of Baldwin, with most in Cherry Valley, Peacock, Pleasant Plains and Webber townships.
Details about each property — including the minimum bid amount, map, property descriptions and conditions of sale — are available online.
