The 41st New Lawyers’ Seminar is scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday, Dec. 6 and 7 at the Theodore Levin U.S. Courthouse in Detroit. Helping to prepare for the Federal Bar Association’s annual event are (left to right) Cathrine Wenger, Angela Jackson, Fred Herrmann, Christine Dowhan-Bailey, Eric Lee, U.S. District Court Chief Judge Denise Page Hood, Grant Gilezan, FBA President Susan Fairchild, U.S. Magistrate Judge Anthony Patti, Lauren Mandel, and Victoria Lung. The two-day event includes presentations by federal and state judges and experienced lawyers. The seminar will give new lawyers a road map for practicing in federal and state court. The seminar includes a cocktail reception the first day and a luncheon the nest. Registration is $100. Space is limited to 120. Those interested should register at fbamich.org.
