In a special awards ceremony at Western Michigan University’s Haworth College of Business, Fraser Trebilcock attorney Darrell A. Lindman was recently honored with the Department of Finance and Commercial Law Outstanding Alumni Award.
A 1975 graduate, Lindman has more than 35 years of experience in the field of employee benefits law. He represents business entities of all types and has a large concentration of exempt organization clients, including one of Michigan’s largest health care systems, Michigan’s largest church pension plan, governmental entities, associations and a Michigan-based, national fraternal benefit society.
Earlier this year, Lindman was recognized as 2016 Lawyer of the Year in Lansing by The Best Lawyers in America for Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law.
Lindman is heavily involved in his community, having volunteered thousands of hours of time over his career to serving on the boards of charitable organizations. He is especially passionate about healthcare and the arts.
