The annual Bench Bar Conference was held at the ConCorde Inn in Clinton Township, featuring a day of discussions and presentations. One of the highlights of the event was the delivery of the State of the Court address by Macomb County Circuit Court Chief Judge James Biernat Jr. (second row center).
